Konica Medical Imaging has launched Konicare, a technical and professional services program. Konicare encompasses the Wayne, NJ-based vendor's service specialists and several service programs.
The technical services program feature three service models: gold, silver, and bronze. The gold level provides maximum coverage on all parts and labor, with unlimited phone or modem service, according to Konica.
Preventative maintenance is also included in the gold level. Konica said that the silver level provides economical coverage on parts and labor, while the bronze level offers protection in a basic service agreement.
