Patient monitoring firm Criticare Systems said it has signed an exclusive, multiyear agreement with an undisclosed medical imaging firm. Criticare will provide its monitoring products in concert with certain imaging systems, according to the Milwaukee-based company. The two companies are under a confidentiality agreement, as the initial stages of the program involve the exchange of proprietary technology, Criticare said.
