EP MedSystems hikes revenue, trims losses in Q1

Electrophysiology device developer EP MedSystems of West Berlin, NJ, reported its fiscal 2004 first quarter results with an increase in revenue and a decrease in losses.

Revenues for the first quarter (end-March 31) were $2.884 million, representing a 26% increase over the first-quarter 2003 revenues of $2.291 million, the company said. Loss from operations was $1.466 million for the period, an improvement of 39% compared with a loss of $2.39 million for the first quarter of 2003.
