The sale of Milwaukee, WI-based Alpha Source Group to refurbished equipment supplier Probo Medical has been completed, Brown Gibbons Lang and Company (BGL) announced.
Probo will now integrate Alpha Source's technical capabilities across a variety of diagnostic imaging modalities to expand its geographic footprint in technical field service, depot repair, equipment refurbishment and resale, and parts distribution, according to BGL, the firm handling the sale.
Prior to the sale, Alpha Source had three subsidiaries Alpha Source Biomed Solutions, BC Technical Imaging Solutions, and Medical Optics Surgical Solutions.
