Private equity firm HCAP Partners has made its first acquisition under its Integrated Diagnostic Services (IDS) company, with the purchase of First Choice Mobile Radiology Services.
First Choice Mobile Radiology Services is a provider of mobile x-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and echocardiography with more than 30 years of experience serving skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and home health and hospice agencies in Southern California. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
This acquisition follows HCAP’s March 2025 launch of IDS, which was created to expand access to mobile diagnostics for senior care and home health populations, HCAP noted.
