GE Healthcare and Daiichi Pharmaceutical have inked a collaboration agreement for research and development of non-nuclear contrast media.
Daiichi has licensed several products from GE in the past, and has also collaborated with the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based vendor on research and development of non-nuclear contrast media since 1988. The companies have decided to continue their previous collaboration with the goal of developing new contrast media for the Japanese market, according to GE and Daiichi of Tokyo.
