iCAD VeraLook links with Vital

Computer-aided detection (CAD) firm iCAD has made available worldwide its VeraLook CAD software for virtual colonoscopy with products from advanced visualization firm Vital.

VeraLook is designed to detect and highlight potential polyps during virtual colonoscopy (also known as CT colonography or CTC), according to iCAD.

The collaboration is designed to provide clinicians with CAD tools to review and analyze CTC images and enhance the speed and accuracy of cancer detection.
