Philips Healthcare has introduced its new iDose4 Premium Package, which features iDose4 iterative reconstruction technique and metal artifact reduction for large orthopedic implants (O-MAR), both designed to enhance image quality.
O-MAR reduces artifacts caused by large metal implants, such as prosthetic hip replacements, Philips said.
The iDose4 Premium Package will be shown at next week's International Society for Computed Tomography (ISCT) annual symposium in San Francisco.
