Mobile C-arm developer Ziehm Imaging of Riverside, CA, plans to show three new products at this year's show: Vision R, Vision Robotics, and Quantum.
Ziehm Vision R (Rotating Anode) detects objects and activates automatic dose and video control in real-time. Its target niches are interventional, vascular, cardiac, and general surgery. FDA clearance is pending in the U.S; the product is available in the rest of the world.
Vision Robotics has a joystick-operated C-arm that features automated scanning, bolus chasing, and device tracking. Object-detected dose control detects objects and activates automatic dose and video control in real-time. It is appropriate for vascular, cardiac cath lab, and pain management facilities. Vision Robotics has obtained FDA clearance and is available in the U.S.
Ziehm Quantum is a full-size mobile surgical C-arm in a compact design that eliminates the need for a monitor cart, according to the company. It is optimized for pain management and orthopedics.
The standard Ziehm Quantum model can be upgraded for performing vascular procedures. It has FDA clearance and is available in the U.S. Worldwide availability is pending.
