Radiography developer Quantum Medical Imaging of Ronkonkoma, NY, has launched a new table-based digital radiography system.
QT-712-EV is a mobile, elevating float-top table that includes a number of new enhancements, including a pivot feature that secures the table at the foot end to the facility's floor by means of a special post. The pivot feature enables technologists to position the table over the DR receptor, or out of the way of the receptor.
Quantum believes the design should prove popular for facilities with single DR receptor imaging systems.
