Medical imaging table and accessory supplier Biodex Medical Systems has rolled out its new Surgical C-arm Table 840.
The new vibration-free fluoroscopic table is designed for a variety of cardiovascular, orthopedic, and urology procedures, according to Biodex. It features an extra-large radiolucent area of 71 inches, accommodates patients weighing up to 500 lb, and is available with either a contoured or rectangular carbon-fiber tabletop and 2-inch mattress.
High-speed actuators provide enhanced tabletop positioning along with height adjustment ranging from 33.5 to 43.5 inches and multiple positioning control access. The fluoroscopic table also comes standard with both AC and battery power options, the company said.
