Canon Medical Systems USA has introduced Alphenix Aero Package, a new interventional imaging technology platform targeted at office-based labs and ambulatory surgery centers.
Vascular specialists can choose between the Alphenix Core+ (Alphenix Core+ Aero Edition) or Alphenix Sky (Alphenix Sky Aero Edition) configurations, with the option for a 12 x 12- or 12 x 16-inch flat-panel detector, according to the vendor. The Aero Package includes dose optimization technologies, a workstation, and a tableside tablet.
The platform is also scalable, enabling clinicians to apply future upgrades as their practice evolves, Canon said.
