Canadian court dismisses J&J lawsuit against Boston Scientific

The Canadian Federal Court has dismissed a lawsuit Johnson & Johnson of New Brunswick, NJ, brought against Boston Scientific, alleging that the company's NIR stent infringed on two of its patents, according to Boston Scientific.

The court found that Natick, MA-based Boston Scientific's NIR stent did not infringe on one of Johnson & Johnson's patents and that the other Johnson & Johnson patent was invalid, Boston Scientific said.
