Novadaq wraps up PLC asset buy

Surgical imaging developer Novadaq Technologies has finalized its purchase of the transmyocardial revascularization business of PLC Systems.

Novadaq of Bonita Springs, FL, acquired all of the Franklin, MA-based vendor's assets in the transmyocardial revascularization business for $1 million in cash and the assumption of PLC's obligations under service contracts valued at approximately $614,000.

Novadaq has been the exclusive U.S. distributor of PLC's products for transmyocardial revascularization since March 2007.
