(Booth 4129) Philips Medical Systems of Andover, MA, will use its RSNA appearance to display its BrightView SPECT camera, which features a wide-ring aperture for a more open and comfortable patient experience.
Introduced at the 2006 RSNA show, BrightView is designed to enhance image quality with what Philips calls its Close Up technology, which minimizes the distance between patient and detector to maximize resolution.
Philips is marketing BrightView to hospitals and imaging centers that perform cardiology and oncology procedures. The camera has U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance and is available worldwide.
