Nuclear pharmacy operators merge to form Triad Isotopes

Three nuclear pharmacy operators have merged operations to form a new company, Triad Isotopes.

Triad's founding companies include Diversified Pharmacy Group of Macon, GA; Cox Nuclear Pharmacies of Mobile, AL; and Coastal Nuclear Pharmacies of Jacksonville, FL.

The founders of each of the merged companies, Steve Putnal, William Cox, and Ed Fennel, will continue as senior members of Triad's management team. The CEO of the company is Dom Meffe, former CEO of managed care holding company the Wellington Healthcare Group.

The new firm will have 20 locations throughout the southeastern U.S. and will be headquartered in Orlando, FL.
