MURR signs Mo-99 deal with NorthStar

The University of Missouri has signed an agreement to supply molybdenum-99 (Mo-99) from its University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) to NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes.

NorthStar plans to take delivery on as much as 3,000 six-day curies per week. Production is expected to commence in the third quarter with pharmacy shipments to follow.
