SNM is ramping up its 2011 annual meeting to offer new education options to nuclear medicine and molecular imaging professionals.
This year's meeting, from June 4 to 8 in San Antonio, will include new topics such as healthcare reform, the future of nuclear medicine from the physicians' perspective, an update on radioimmunotherapy, and use of generator-produced gallium-68 (Ga-68), according to the organization.
SNM said it will also host several courses on dose reduction and radiation safety for pediatric and other patients.
