Revenue gains in all business segments in the first six months of 2011 propelled radioisotope manufacturer International Isotopes to double-digit growth in the first half of this year (end-June 30).
Revenue increased 76% to $2.6 million, compared with $1.5 million in the second quarter of 2010. The company also reported a net loss of $1.7 million, compared with a net loss of $1.6 million in last year's second quarter.
Revenue for the six-month period doubled to $5 million, compared with $2.6 million in the first half of 2010. The firm's net loss improved to $3 million, compared with a net loss of $3.3 million in the same period of 2010.
