PET developer Naviscan has received Shonin approval from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare to market its high-resolution PET technology, including its positron emission mammography (PEM) breast application.
Naviscan said that PEM has already been in use for more than two years at Yuai Clinic in Yokohama.
