Molecular imaging refurbished equipment developer BC Technical has purchased Genesis Medical Imaging, an imaging service, refurbished systems, and parts provider.
BC Technical of West Jordan, UT, said the acquisition of Huntley, IL-based Genesis will strengthen its capabilities in PET/CT and SPECT/CT, as well as expand its nationwide service coverage to include standalone CT and MR. It will also position the firm to support PET/MR when the technology becomes more mainstream, BC Technical said.
