Shine Medical Technologies has hired George Hansrote as vice president of project delivery.
Hansrote will manage the construction of the company's upcoming radioisotope production facility, according to Shine. He most recently served as the executive director for nuclear dismantling and decommissioning at CB&I's power division.
When completed, the facility in Janesville, WI, will produce molybdenum-99 and other medical isotopes, Shine said. The firm received a building permit from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in February.
