ASTRO offers patient info for gynecologic cancers

The American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) has developed an up-to-date brochure that explains the role of radiation therapy in treating cancers of the uterine, vagina, and cervix.

The brochure, Radiation Therapy for Gynecologic Cancers: Facts to Help People Understand Their Treatment Options, also links patients to support groups and clinical trials.
