NAS gets Nasdaq delisting notice

Radiation therapy firm North American Scientific has received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq stock exchange due to its failure to file its quarterly 10-Q report with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Chatsworth, CA, company's stock may be delisted as soon as April 1 unless the company requests a hearing with a Nasdaq listing qualifications panel, and the company said it intends to ask for a hearing. A request will postpone the delisting until the issuance of a written determination by the panel.
