Radiology benefits management firm National Imaging Associates (NIA) has signed a collaborative agreement with the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO) to enhance the company's OncologyConnections program.
ACRO will lead the development, maintenance, periodic updating, and use of disease site-specific radiation oncology practice guidelines, according to the company. ACRO will also develop uniform national guidelines, which will be owned by ACRO and exclusively licensed to NIA.
