U.K. radiation therapy software developer Vision RT has opened a North American customer support center in Ellicott City, MD.
In addition to providing a call center covering the eastern through western time zones, the customer support center will serve as a North American base for offsite customer training and will include a spare parts store, according to the vendor. It will be led by Vision RT's new director of customer support, Anthony Palin.
