ASTRO awards Gold Medal to ViewRay CMO

Image-guided therapy developer ViewRay said that the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) will present its Gold Medal to the company's chief medical officer (CMO), Dr. Prabhakar Tripuraneni.

The Gold Medal, which is ASTRO's highest honor, is given to highly regarded ASTRO members who have made outstanding contributions to the field of radiation oncology. It will be presented at the society's annual meeting in September.
