Ultrasound technology developer Misonix has reported revenues for its 2005 fiscal year (end-June 30) of $45.9 million, an 18% increase when compared with revenues of $39.1 million for the same period in fiscal 2004.
The Farmingdale, NY-based firm recorded net income for the year of $936,000, a downturn when compared with net income of $1.7 million last year. Misonix said that the fiscal 2005 results included a charge of $419,000 for a judgment against its subsidiary Sonora Medical Systems for present and future royalties owed on the recoating prices of transesophageal probes.
