GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., plans to use this week's American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) meeting to introduce ViewPoint 2007, the newest version of its ViewPoint data management product for ob/gyn practices, vascular labs, and diagnostic ultrasound users.
New ViewPoint 2007 features include a split-screen mode and dual-monitor support for simultaneous display of images and reports on one or two monitors. The new integrated 4D View version 6.0 is fully compatible with GE's Voluson E8 and Voluson 730 scanners.
