Cardiovascular imaging technology developer Conavi Medical said that its Novasight Hybrid intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography system has been used clinically for the first time.
The first clinical use took place at Hamilton General Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where the procedures were performed under a Health Canada Investigational Testing Authorization, according to the vendor.
