Ultrasound equipment supplier Redstone Healthcare has acquired Ingmed, a Honduras-based medical equipment company.
The acquisition expands Redstone's global reach and customer base in Central and South America, it said. Ingmed’s ultrasound, patient monitoring, and defibrillator repair expertise will complement Redstone's technical capabilities and product portfolio, according to the firm.
Redstone added that the purchase will increase its customers' access to refurbished and new diagnostic ultrasound and imaging equipment.
