(Booth 4088) Digital x-ray developer Bioptics of Tucson, AZ, will showcase its work-in-progress small-field digital mammography (SFDM) and full-field digital mammography (FFDM) sensors for upgrading analog mammography systems.

The sensors use Bioptics' complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. The company will also highlight its PiXarray line of digital specimen radiography products that it is now marketing in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Canada, and Australia.
