Display supplier Quest International said it's now offering Totoku's CCl550i2 color 5-megapixel diagnostic display.
The 21.3-inch liquid-crystal display (LCD) has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance for use with full-field digital mammography studies, according to the vendor. It's designed for both PACS and breast imaging applications, avoiding the need for other multihead display configurations or having to move to another workstation to view additional studies, Quest said.
CCL550i2 offers 1,000 cd/m2 maximum luminance, calibrated to 410 cd/m2 luminance, Quest said. It also includes front luminance sensors and a dual-input interface that accommodates DisplayPort and DVI-D connections.
