NovaPACS Cardio Viewer, a dedicated cardiac image viewing application, will be showcased in the NovaRad booth.
The software includes image calibration based on catheter size; cine tools; digital subtraction to show contrast-filled vessels without interfering background; ejection fraction calculation; and a sharpening algorithm that enhances edges. Images are stored to online RAID 5 archives, and the application includes review and reporting capabilities.
CardioViewer will begin shipping this month in the U.S, according to the American Fork, UT company.
