Image analysis software developer Quantitative Insights has named Keith Tipton as its chief executive officer.
Tipton joins the company from Philips Healthcare, where he most recently headed R&D for the company's women's healthcare division. Prior to that, he was general manager of Philips' radiation therapy planning division. He has also held positions at Analogic and Sopha Medical Systems.
