3D printing firm 3D Systems and Belgium-based biotechnology company Antleron will work together to advance their 3D bioprinting research.
3D Systems will provide various 3D printing technologies -- including 3D printers, 3D printing software, and postprocessing equipment -- to support Antleron's projects using 3D bioprinting to turn living cells into medical therapies.
Together, the companies aim to establish a flexible, scalable digital factory, with the ultimate goal of discovering new ways to manufacture medical implants, vaccines, cell therapies, and living tissues with 3D bioprinting.
