This developer of film, PACS, and computed radiography technology will tout its entry into the advanced visualization market with a new software package.
Obliquus provides maximum intensity projection (MIP) and multiplanar reformats (MPRs), and is designed to reduce the need for facilities to use a third-party solution for basic 3D functions.
The software received U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance in July 2006, and will begin shipping in December, the Stamford, CT, company said.
