Computer-aided detection developer Rcadia Medical Imaging has been granted four patents by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) involving technology in its COR Analyzer software.
The patents broadly cover methods and algorithms for automated analysis of coronary CT angiography studies and detecting pathologies in coronary arteries, according to the vendor. They also cover methods for visualizing results and automatic assessment of study quality, as well as the automatic interpretation of triple-rule-out studies, Rcadia said.
