Advanced visualization software developer Imaging Biometrics has released IB DCE, a dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) imaging software application.
IB DCE uses acquired perfusion data as input for postprocessing and outputs perfusion parameters that display contrast changes over time, according to the vendor. Users can choose among multiple DCE processing options such as the Patlak, Tofts, and extended Tofts models, Imaging Biometrics said.
IB DCE is currently available as a plug-in for the OsiriX platform and accepts data input from all major scanner vendors, the firm said.
