Image enhancement software developer ContextVision has unveiled its Rivent 3D ultrasound software.

Making use of volumetric processing, the expansion of the company's Rivent platform yields high-clarity 3D and 4D images that are of particular use in ob/gyn and cardiology applications, according to the vendor. Rivent 3D's algorithms analyze data in all dimensions, yielding improved filtering, well-defined borders and high tissue differentiation in multiplanar views, and optimization tools for OEMs, ContextVision said.
