Breast imaging computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) software developer CureMetrix has signed on new members to its medical advisory board.
The company's medical advisory board now includes the following:
- Dr. Jade De Guzman, diagnostic radiologist at Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in San Diego
- Dr. Curtis Duffield, breast imager at Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group
- Dr. Christopher Comstock, imaging co-chair of the ECOG-ACRIN Breast Committee, chair of the ACR Committee on BI-RADS Breast MRI, and member of the U.S. National Cancer Institute's Breast Oncology Local Disease (BOLD) task force
- Dr. Vivian Lim, radiologist and head of mammography for the breast imaging service at four Scripps Clinical Medical Group locations in San Diego
- Dr. Jenna Liu, radiologist at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in San Diego
- Dr. Allen Nalbandian, radiologist at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, CA
- Dr. Michele Rochelle, breast imaging specialist in the San Diego area
- Dr. Alyssa Watanabe, clinical associate professor of radiology at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine
CureMetrix said the board members will work with Chief Medical Officer Dr. William Bradley, PhD, and contribute clinical perspectives on the firm's investigational breast image analysis technology, which utilizes artificial intelligence and deep machine learning.
