MedyMatch has changed its name to MaxQ-AI to reflect a focus on artificial intelligence (AI).
The MaxQ part of the name signifies a point of maximum pressure, defined in aerospace engineering as a max Q, that has been reached with AI, according to the company.
The Israeli-based firm is working with AI, deep learning, and machine vision experts on multiple projects, the first including detecting intracranial hemorrhage.
