The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign has launched its AI in Medicine Certificate program.
The program is self-paced and online, and it is intended for physicians, physician assistants, medical students, nurse practitioners, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians. It will cover key subjects such as the role of clinicians in developing machine-learning tools, ethics and legalities, and real-world applications, according to the university.
