Nano-X Imaging has entered an agreement to buy Nashville, TN-based imaging information technology company VasoHealthcare IT.
Under the proposed terms, Nanox will acquire the company for a total consideration of up to $800,000, consisting of a $200,000 cash payment at closing and up to $600,000 in performance-based earnout payments over a period of up to two years, Nanox said.
VasoHealthcare IT is a healthcare information technology provider serving hospitals and healthcare providers across the U.S., with a team of professionals specializing in healthcare IT implementation. Its capabilities include healthcare systems integration, workflow optimization, data migration, user training, and nationwide go-live support for medical imaging, Nanox said.
This transaction is intended to accelerate the deployment of Nanox subsidiary Nanox.AI’s models across U.S. healthcare facilities and is expected to be completed within a couple of weeks, the company added.
