Avicenna.AI and Ferrum Health have announced a partnership to expand U.S. access to Avicenna’s imaging AI technology through Ferrum’s AI Governance suite.
Under the agreement, Ferrum will commercialize Avicenna.AI’s full portfolio of imaging AI tools across the U.S.
Ferrum’s platform is designed to give clinicians access to advanced AI technology across oncology, women’s and men’s health, cardiovascular care, neurology, and orthopedics. The platform allows clinicians to validate AI performance on local datasets and integrate AI directly into existing workflows, while ensuring that protected health information (PHI) never leaves the health system’s firewall.
Avicenna.AI’s suite includes tools to detect, identify, and quantify life-threatening conditions from CT imaging, including:
- Intracranial hemorrhage
- Large vessel occlusion
- Aortic dissection
- Pulmonary embolism
- Vertebral compression fractures
- Cervical spine fractures
- ASPECT scoring for stroke severity
The integration of Avicenna.AI’s tools strengthens Ferrum’s position as a comprehensive AI healthcare marketplace, the firms added.
