Brainomix to release next generation stroke AI platform

Imaging AI firm Brainomix plans to launch its next-generation stroke AI platform, Brainomix 360, at the upcoming International Stroke Conference in New Orleans.

The new platform and feature upgrade offer a net water uptake capability using routine noncontrast CT scans.

"The automated net water uptake output complements Brainomix's unique ischemic core volume, and e-ASPECTS features to provide clinicians across all hospital settings with deeper insights into stroke injury using a routine noncontrast CT scan," said the company's chief medical and innovation officer, George Harston, MD, in a statement. "Emerging evidence is increasingly highlighting net water uptake as a vital imaging biomarker to inform treatment decisions and improve prognostication in the most severe strokes."
