Healthcare software developer Vocada has appointed Scott Segell to the newly created position of vice president for customer delivery.
In his new post, Segell will be responsible for ensuring that Vocada's VoiceLink critical test results management software implementations meet customer expectations and that customers are able to employ best practices and continuous process improvement, according to the Dallas-based firm.
