Healthcare information technology provider Hx Technologies (HxTI) has named David Kates as COO.
Kates comes to the Philadelphia-based firm with more than 25 years of healthcare IT industry experience, most recently serving six years as vice president of Emdeon Practice Services. He will lead the firm’s transition into full-scale commercialization and deployment of its health information exchange products and services, HxTI said.
