Healthcare information technology developer Misys Healthcare Systems has partnered with Precision Healthcare Delivery and Sterling Medical Consultants to offer its electronic medical record (EMR) product to physicians at two Kentucky-based independent physician associations (IPAs).
The IPAs (the Association of Primary Care Physicians and the Physicians' Network) represent more than 900 physicians and 20 specialties in 200 offices throughout the state, according to Raleigh, NC-based Misys.
Smaller physician offices in the IPAs also have the choice of utilizing an application service provider (ASP) model of Misys EMR with Sterling Medical Consultants, the company said.
