Agfa HealthCare of Greenville, SC, has signed a contract with the Wichita Clinic in Kansas to install its full ImpaxR radiology information system (RIS) suite, including QPlanner, the company's multisite scheduling tool.
The clinic will also install Agfa's TalkStation speech recognition reporting system and two Impax MA3000 mammography diagnostic display stations. Agfa expects the entire suite to be online later this year.
Agfa has also inked a more than half-million dollar agreement with Open System Imaging (OSI), a multisite outpatient group in California, to provide RIS and PACS solutions for OSI's seven imaging and ambulatory care facilities, including speech recognition and reporting products.
